As the artist for your commission
I have the right to decline your commission for any reason.
I maintain the rights to my artwork and can use it for any reasons such as promotional purposes.
I have the right to share the commission anywhere I like, same goes if I don’t want to share it.
As my awesome commissioner
You can share/post your commission wherever you want as long as credit is given!
You can also use them as icons, etc as long as it’s for personal use.
You CAN’T alter/edit my work without my permission (such as coloring a sketch or editing in any way, etc)
You CAN’T use your commission for commercial purposes such as monetary gain, promote yourself, etc.
You CAN'T use my art for NFT or AI involvement. (if found doing so you will be permanently blacklisted)
You MUST be 18 years or older to purchase adult work. If I find out you are a minor, you will be black listed and will never be able to purchase from me again.
Regarding payment and refunds
Payments are taken through PayPal only for now.
All payments must be made in USD.
Payment must be made upfront, no exceptions.
Once you submit a commission and pay for it, you can’t cancel it.
Most importantly, NO refunds UNLESS I myself don’t have the ability to complete your commission, such as no tablet, injury, etc.All invoices will have a 6.5% sales tax added to it, please be aware of this when ordering━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Regarding how commissions will go
Your slot is NOT secure until you pay for it.
Commissions will usually be completed within 30 BUSINESS days.
You may check my Trello for status updates!WIPs are available, however more than 1 WIP/larger edits will have an additional charge of $5.
WIPs/Changes are available in the sketch phase ONLY, and are not offered for sketch-only commissions.

Regarding my characters
You can totally commission me to draw my characters, however they will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
There is a 45% discount for commissioning me to draw my characters (solo only, depending on themes)
Remember to ask about the ratings of my characters to see which ones are open to adult work, etc.
